Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only, including all 50 states. We do not ship to APO/FPO boxes, U.S. territories, or international addresses at this time.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days of order placement. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays start processing the next business day.

Shipping Methods and Rates

U.S. Standard Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

  • Standard Shipping: free on all U.S. orders with no minimum purchase, typically 3-7 business days after dispatch, plus 2-5 business days processing.

Delivery estimates for Alaska and Hawaii may be longer, but U.S. Standard Shipping remains free when available at checkout.

Tracking

Customers receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once an order leaves the ship-from location. Tracking updates can take up to 24 hours to appear in the carrier system.

Address Accuracy

Please enter a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned as undeliverable, contact support before reshipment is arranged.

Auto accessory orders ship in the posted handling window; sunshades over 60 inches and floor mat sets may arrive in separate tracked cartons.

Order Cutoff & Changes

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (ET) on a business day begin processing the same day; orders placed after the cutoff begin processing the next business day. To change your shipping address or cancel an order, email us at support@plumleecoretechnologies.com within 24 hours of placing the order — once an order has entered processing we may be unable to change it.

Carriers & Lost Packages

We ship with USPS, UPS, or FedEx. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, contact us within 7 days and we will work with the carrier to locate it or arrange a replacement or refund.
